- Formalized Experian’s Compliance program to align with the globally recognized standards and best practices, including regulatory oversight, policies and procedures, training, and awareness, monitoring and testing, issue management, and state of compliance reporting. The compliance program has also been acknowledged by various regulators and third-party auditors as effective.
- Led a project to expand the company’s commitment to a Barrier Free Workplace for People with Disabilities.
- Co-Executive Sponsor of the Employee Resource Group (ERG) called Aspire which supports mental wellness, advocates for people with disabilities and caregivers.
