Jasmine Zheng Bio

Jasmine Zheng is a dynamic business strategist and people-first leader with more than two decades of experience driving transformation across life sciences, diagnostics, and analytical instrumentation. She currently serves as Senior Director of Global Commercial Performance at Thermo Fisher Scientific, the world leader in serving science with $40 billion in annual revenue. Within the company’s Materials and Structural Analysis Division, Jasmine leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer engagement, accelerate revenue growth, and scale operational excellence through data, platform, and enablement solutions.

Beyond her day job, Jasmine is a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, serving as the global lead of the 49 API Voices Business Resource Group. In this role, she champions representation, allyship, and cultural visibility by creating brave spaces for connection and dialogue—building communities with both purpose and heart.

A proud immigrant, mother, and lifelong learner, Jasmine brings a human-centered lens to leadership. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership at Penn State University and mentors emerging leaders across the organization. She leads with the conviction that when people feel empowered to bring their full selves to the table, they unlock greater collaboration, innovation, and impact.
